You will operate the City Council's CCTV systems and liaise with partners such as West Midlands Police to support in the prevention and detection of crime and anti-social behaviour.  </p><p>Working within your team, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, such as security patrols and man guarding services, highway duties, and responding to alarms.</p><p>You will be responsible for monitoring our telecare service.
