This is a management position within the Place Directorate, responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality leasehold management, service charge setting and Right to Buy administration to support Council leaseholders while ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations and legislation.Thurrock Council manages a diverse homeownership portfolio, consisting of leasehold, and freehold properties across the borough.
