This is a role that demands a versatile skillset that includes leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise, with responsibilities including budget management, maintenance, repairs, renovations, compliance with safety and legal regulations, and managing a facilities team and/or contractors. It’s also essential that you have an excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety Management systems, statutory and regulatory requirements.
