Our Health, Leisure and Tourism department are looking for an Administrator to support the team in striving to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will be working as part of a fast paced and focused team of dedicated Officers. The administrator will be a key member of the department and will offer support and assistance across the different service areas. There are no two days the same – you will assist the whole team with general administrative duties including note taking, posters/leaflets, booking meetings, updating databases, social media and website updates.
We are a busy but very friendly team who are involved in a variety of meetings, projects and programmes that run throughout the year.
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills plus strong communication competences to be able to liaise well with residents, key partners and other departments.
