The Centre is a vibrant central hub for new and growing businesses.  More information about the centre is available at <a href=\"https://harborough-ic.co.uk/\">HiC Home Page - HIC</a></p>\n<p>The HIC is managed by the Business Centres Manager, whose focus is on organisational growth and development of local businesses, and we need a highly skilled and experienced individual to take care of the day to day running of the Centre as Operations Manager. </p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a busy reception team;</li>\n<li>Onboarding new businesses to the centre;</li>\n<li>Sign up of virtual services;</li>\n<li>Managing maintenance and repairs, including refurbishments and renovations;</li>\n<li>Ensuring the HIC meets health and safety standards;</li>\n<li>Managing cleaning, waste disposal, catering and security contracts;</li>\n<li>Managing office systems like IT, telephony and office equipment;</li>\n<li>Supporting the running of the onsite café.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You will need a sound background in facilities and operations management and be practical, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with outstanding people skills to engage positively with the team and a wide range of customers.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will hold a relevant HND (E.g.
