We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed assistant principal lawyer with an ability to support our clients with a proven ability to develop others.</p>\n<p>Duties will include but not limited to</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will be required to carry a full caseload relating mainly to Education matters, with a focus on Special Educational Needs Tribunal work and advice.</li>\n<li>Advising senior officers and elected members in a proactive and politically sensitive manner.</li>\n<li>Overseeing and advising complex cases in all areas of Education including SEND Tribunal matters.</li>\n<li>Supporting the strategic development of HB Public Law jointly with the chief legal advisors, principal lawyers, and other assistant principal lawyers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will not only have extensive previous Adults social care experience but will also be passionate about teamwork and developing others.
