The successful candidate will ideally have a background in working with Children with SEND needs and preferably experience in independent travel training. However, full training will be provided.</p>\n<p>You will have a proactive approach and willingness to build effective relationshops with our ITT partners, Wokingham families, other departmental teams and key stakeholders across the organisation. </p>\n<p>You will need to be a good communicator, well organised, have excellent written skills, be empathetic with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.</p>\n<p><strong>Please note that you must be available to support young people throughout term time, accompanying them in the mornings and at the end of the school day.  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key purpose of job</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>To deliver Independent Travel Training by providing appropriate road safety and bus/train awareness training and support for children and young people with special needs.</li>\n<li>To teach independent travel and life skills to young people.
