About the role
The Weald Federation comprises of four Church of England village primary schools, Frant, Mark Cross, Mayfield and Five Ashes. We are committed to providing the best possible education and environment, guided by a strong ethos and values, striving for the best possible outcomes for every child.
We have an experienced team of staff in our 4 schools who work very closely together to plan and provide a curriculum that fits our schools and our children.
The Weald Federation currently has several Individual Needs Assistant Roles in the schools across the federation. We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Patient, calm and truly listen to and value children’s views.
- Kind and Caring and have a desire to support pupils.
- Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.
- Are able to maintain confidentiality.
- Are able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
- Preferably have experience of working with children with SEND.

Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
