The Council will be digitalising historic paper planning files. This job involves reviewing paper files and indexing key statutory components to our Document Management System (DMS).
We are seeking someone who is self motivated and with some training be able to review historic paper files and pull out the key documents to be retained; scanned and matched to the case file on our DMS.
You may have some office experience, perhaps in a Council or in planning service, as well as a good understanding of databases. Attention to detail is key, full training will be given.
