We are looking for someone to lead on the Care Planning, Intervention and Resettlement of the children placed at Lansdowne Secure Children’s Home. Our staff put children at the heart of everything they do and we are committed to ensuring that all staff have the opportunity to train, develop and become part of a team that embraces every member.
This is a unique opportunity to join a home that has an excellent core of staff in place. You must be able to provide excellent support to, and where necessary deputise for, the Service Manager, helping to grow and drive the home forward to become an outstanding place of care with the children at the heart of everything we do.
