Upper Pay Scale 1-3 / £45,646 - £49,084 per annum

Contract: (12 Months Full Time Fixed Term Contract)

Kirkby Church of England Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering and engaging appropriate curriculum to primary aged children.

Purpose of the Role:

 To provide a high-quality, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for primary aged pupils.  To facilitate learning by delivering engaging and effective instruction, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development to help and support them to achieve their full potential, while promoting critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.

 Key purposes of the role include:

•  Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and students' needs.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development and training activities.
• Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.Uphold school policies, safeguarding practices, and promote equal opportunities.
