Mansfield Palace Theatre is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focussed Sales and Donation Assistant to join our Box Office team. If you’re a person that thrives on providing great customer service in a busy entertainment venue, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role:
As a Sales and Donations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all audiences, contractors, participants and artists visiting Mansfield Palace Theatre.
&nbsp;Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Give an excellent customer service online, over the phone and social media</li>
<li>Create opportunities to maximise sales and donations to achieve targets.</li>
<li>Respond to customer enquires received in person, over the phone, by email and online.</li>
<li>Share content and populate cultural services social media accounts to promote sales and donations</li>
<li>Ensure the correct set-up and sales of all events, donations and merchandise within the box office systems as directed by your manager.</li>
<li>Act as reception and operate the cultural services telephones/main switchboard as required</li>
<li>Achieve sales and donations targets including individual giving, secondary spend and event tickets</li>
<li>Deliver a programme of organic social media content and targeted email campaigns</li>
<li>Be responsible for the security of cash, financial information and data</li>
<li>Manage all ticketing and sales requests</li>
</ul>

Mansfield Palace Theatre is looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Managers to join our Front of House team. If you’re passionate about live entertainment and thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. As a Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of the theatre during performances and events. You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, lead our friendly team of staff and volunteers, and help deliver an exceptional experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and support staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service</li>
<li>Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all audiences</li>
