Inspections of vacant Council owned industrial, office and enterprise hubs to ensure compliance for insurance purposes. To monitor business tenancy renewals and income generation from the Councils industrial property portfolio, and to inspect occupied business units where necessary.\nThis is a perfect opportunity for anyone with an interest in general business support, commercial lettings/real estate management and local economic development, as the role is extremely diverse and rewarding.\nThorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.
