Stansted, Southend and London City Airports are only 30 minutes away for residents looking to travel further afield.</p>\n<h3>Senior Building Control Surveyor</h3>\n<h3>Salary: £47,156 - £51,364 per annum, Grade I (SCP 41 - 45)</h3>\n<h3>Market Supplement: £8,000 per annum (to be reviewed after 12 months)</h3>\n<p>We are looking for a team member who has a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent construction discipline and has corporate full membership of either MRICS, MCABE or MCIOB and must be registered at either Class 2 or 3 with the Building Safety Regulator .</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You must be self-motivated, be able to work on own initiative and have broad experience in Building Control legislation and enforcement processes.
