A commitment to a high level of customer care is essential, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.\nYou will play an active role in a multi-skilled and motivated team, and there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, progress your career and contribute to the direction of the service.\nYou will also be able to demonstrate negotiation skills; enthusiasm; self-motivation; sound judgement; a proactive approach to problem solving and tackling challenges; excellent organisational skills; and an ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve service delivery.\nAt times, you may need to make difficult decisions when the Environmental Services Operations Manager is unavailable. A strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations is essential for success in this role.\nWith guidance from the Environmental Services Operations Manager, you will oversee new apprentices in the Environmental Services team, ensuring their growth and success throughout their development and college journey.
