Funded by the Department for Education (DfE), Skills Bootcamps are short, intensive training programmes that develop high-demand skills for adults across a range of sectors.
What you will do
You will lead on the quality assurance and continuous improvement of the Skills Bootcamps programme, monitoring performance across multiple providers to ensure delivery is consistently high-quality, evidence-led and aligned with local needs. Your work will play a key role in shaping commissioning decisions and informing strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Deliver training and CPD to internal teams and delivery partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to embed safeguarding, equality, and inclusion throughout the programme.
- Evaluate outcomes and report to internal and external stakeholders including the DfE.

We're seeking an experienced Quality Officer with a background in post-16 or post-19 adult learning, and a clear understanding of DfE, Ofsted and Education Inspection Framework (EIF) expectations. You'll need to be confident in analysing data, influencing stakeholders, and applying insight to drive meaningful change.
You should have:
- Experience of teaching and quality assurance in adult education.
- A sound understanding of curriculum development and learner progression.
- Proven ability to work across complex, multi-provider programmes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
If you have experience of partnership working, have worked on local authority/public funded initiatives, and have experience of leading on the delivery of teaching, we would love to hear from you.
