This is an exciting time to join us as we develop an enhanced team committed to developing our colleagues and encouraging personal growth, in conjunction with a flexible working approach so everyone can thrive in an inclusive and open environment.</p>\n<p><strong>About the candidate:</strong></p>\n<p>You will work collaboratively within an excellent team predominantly recovering Adult Social Care Debt, responsible for the analysis of debt, to maximise revenue for the Council. In addition, you will be responsible for responding to customers in relation to enquiries within appropriate deadlines.</p>\n<p>You can expect to join highly dedicated teams and work with skilled and committed managers to take forward our ambitious and exciting change programme. Focussed on continuous improvement and quality services you will work in a supportive environment, with a strong leadership team, giving stability, direction and energy to the service and making a difference.</p>\n<p>We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working between home and office will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base, and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Our technology platform and equipment allow you to connect and collaborate remotely which requires that you have in place good connectivity.
