Hold regular team meetings. Your good rota management skills will ensure that the tenancy is adequately staffed at all times, complete support plans, positive handling plans, audits, and Health & Safety checks at the properties. </p><p>You will lead a team providing high standards of person-centred support to our Service Users, supporting them to complete everyday living tasks, work towards achieving their personal goals, and enable them to live as independently as they can.</p><p>Shift patterns: This is a 24/7 service  and  you will be part of  a rolling 6-week rota pattern. This will include early, late and weekend shifts. Sleep-ins and Bank holiday working.. You will develop an outline and detailed drainage and flood mitigation projects.
