We are looking for someone who can:

  • Lead and manage the school’s business functions including finance, HR, administration, premises and compliance.

  • Drive forward our digital strategy in areas such as workflow automation, smarter data reporting, and cost-effective procurement.

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, governors, and external partners
  • A good understanding of finance, HR, premises management, and health and safety legislation
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence in using ICT systems, including finance software, spreadsheets, and administrative platforms
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and safeguarding practices
  • A relevant qualification (such as CSBM, DSBM or equivalent) or the equivalent in experience

In return, we offer:

  • A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team open to innovation
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • A welcoming, inclusive school culture where staff are valued

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
