The Community Health and Social Care Fairlop Cluster is dedicated to evolving our work practices to uphold an exceptional standard of service delivery. We are seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to join our service as we continue to transform.
As the Admin Officer, you will be at the heart of our Integrated Team and Service. Your proficiency, experience, and solid commitment to excellence will drive the smooth functioning of the service administrative processes. You will manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and maintain records and the office. Your role will also involve supervising and inspiring a team of Administrators under your charge, ensuring their professional development, and fostering a positive work environment.
Are you the committed professional we're looking for? Here are the key qualifications and qualities that our ideal Admin Officer would possess:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration (or equivalent QCF)
- ECDL Certification
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in providing administrative support to a multidisciplinary team.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and systems, coupled with effective IT skills.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritise workload.
- Initiative-driven, with the capability to work autonomously.
- Comprehensive understanding of work practices, policies, processes, and procedures relevant to the role
- Team-oriented with a clear understanding of collaborative teamwork
- Adherence to established procedures to ensure the availability of adequate resources to meet work requirements.
