Are you passionate about driving strategic and operational improvements within a large Fostering Service currently rated as Good by Ofsted ?
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Service to play a leading role with experience of strategic leadership , with a proven track record of;
- Change management,
- Ability of managing large diverse portfolio’s,
- Delivery of strategic and operational service improvements which improved sufficiency,
- Ensuring effective budget and resource management.
As the Head of Service , you will work closely with Trust leadership colleagues to deliver Trust Objectives, Service plans whilst shaping a responsive , efficient, agile fostering service that aligns with strategic sufficiency priorities, national reforms and maximises performance outcomes.
As a large fostering service responsible for mainstream and Kinship foster care , working within a Trust we are registered as and IFA , so having an understanding and experience of the Ofsted regulatory and inspection framework will be an advantage along with a strong understanding of how to include our service users, foster carer’s, partners and staff in our journey to outstanding.
