We currently have a vacancy for a permanent part time Service Delivery Officer working 22.5 hours per week, ideally 9-5 Wednesday-Friday, there may be flexibility of working these hours over 4 days rather than 3.
This is a hybrid role with time spent in our offices at Shute End and remote working from home.
The role is to support the business needs of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team and Educational Psychologist (EP) team
We are looking for dynamic forward-thinking individual who is used to working to strict deadlines and performing under pressure as well as the ability to drive forward change and improve work processes.
You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills as you will be the first point of contact for all SEND and EP queries.
You will also need a good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word and experience of data inputting, knowledge of using Capita ONE is desirable.
Minute taking and diary and inbox management are essential for this role.
Organisational and prioritisation skills are a must along with the ability to make decisions and deal with highly confidential information.
Previous experience of working in Education is desirable.
