Together, you will create responsive, strength-based plans that empower individuals and build long-term resilience.</p>\n<p>You will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of personal advisors working with children in care and care-experienced young people</li>\n<li>Ensure children, young people, and their families are active participants in their own plans, with their voice and lived experience at the centre of decision-making</li>\n<li>Create a team culture of reflective practice, emotional safety, and learning</li>\n<li>Use insight from audits, feedback, and real-life stories to guide continuous service improvement</li>\n<li>Support effective partnership working to build coordinated care around children and young adults</li>\n<li>Your work will be closely connected to the <strong>Sefton Care Experienced Hub </strong>designed by young people themselves. The Hub is a safe, welcoming environment where care-experienced young people aged 16–25 can access advice, practical support and guidance and benefit from opportunities to strengthen support networks and positive relationships. As a leader, you will help maintain the close ties between frontline teams and The Hub’s relational, person-centred ethos.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy and integrity—someone who understands the importance of relationship-based practice and the impact of trauma on child development and family life.
