We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking and committed person to join our successful team</p>\n<p>This is a varied role, which will cover site security, maintenance and the upkeep of facilities. You will also be expected to adhere to good health and safety and compliancy practices and conduct regular health and safety checks throughout the working week.</p>\n<p>The candidate will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>take pride in the school indoor and outdoor environment.</li>\n<li>have substantial experience of premises caretaking, preferably in an education context.</li>\n<li>provide day-to-day facilities support including site maintenance, safety support and cleaning.</li>\n<li>be able to carry out building maintenance tasks and minor repair work.</li>\n<li>have good communication skills with a good level of spoken English.</li>\n<li>be prepared to undertake statutory Health & Safety and other training in line with the requirements of the role.</li>\n<li>be willing to be a key holder for the school and partake in opening and locking of the premises.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The working hours can be negotiated upon application and for the right candidate but would be a minimum of 20 hours per week.  There may be the opportunity for additional overtime.
