The role will work directly with the clients and alongside established partner agencies to provide a multi-agency approach to ensuring the individuals can rebuild their lives. \nExperience working in homelessness, housing, or support services is highly desirable, however, full training will be provided. If you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, decision making and organisational skills but most importantly be able to work in a person-centred, trauma informed way this might be the opportunity for you to shape the future of lives and services in the Winchester District.
