As part of the Regeneration Service, you will lead and manage the Infrastructure Planning Team staff, develop and implement innovative and practical infrastructure planning policies, procedures and associated documents, and maximise CIL and s106 collection and income. You will develop a new Infrastructure Delivery Plan, to better prioritise and deploy S106 planning obligations, CIL and other capital investment, to deliver infrastructure that best supports development and growth for the benefit of new and existing communities alike.</p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planner (or equivalent background and qualification) to further develop their career in this vibrant and diverse borough in north-west London.
