This will involve career defining responsibilities and deliverables; including contract award and mobilisation, leading the delivery of a new refuse collection system and service transformation, recruiting a bespoke team to deliver a behaviour change programme to transform recycling, re-use, and upcycling performance across Wirral.</p>\n<p>The Senior Manager will represent Wirral on the Liverpool City Region Waste Management Partnership to support the coordination of the City Region’s waste management & treatment arrangements.
