This role is integral to shaping service delivery, improving processes, and making a tangible impact on children, young people, and families.</p>\n<p>You will lead a team of <strong>Children’s Systems compliance Officers (x3)</strong>, work alongside other Systems staff and professionals across the service to ensure effective practice, compliance, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p>You will report to and support the Children’s systems and payments Strategic manager in leading on the delivery of projects on our systems development plan. You will liaise with staff across the service and our systems service provider to provide support where needed and lead on actioning change requests.
