This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team which is driving behavioural change across the Council to ensure excellence in health, safety, welfare, emergency planning and resilience management and compliance with the Corporate Health and Safety Policy, Emergency planning policies, Procedures, and relevant Statutory Regulations.\n \nThe role is to work within the existing Rugby Borough Council Safety and Resilience Team on all aspects of Health and Safety Management, and Resilience across Rugby Borough Council which includes diverse business streams.\n \nAs part of the team, you will be responsible for actively promoting a positive safety culture and resilience across the organisation.
