The Housing Needs service is recruiting to the post of Housing Choice Officer to work within the local authority's choice based lettings service.
You will play a key role in ensuring the council's choice based lettings scheme is allocated and appropriately matched from the housing register.
You will have excellent customer service skills as well as responding to customer enquiries.
You will also be highly organised and motivated with a creative approach to service delivery.
