We are seeking an ambitious, committed and detail orientated individual to join our Electoral Services team.
You will play an important role in assisting the Electoral Services Team in the delivery of all aspects of the electoral process. This includes supporting large-scale projects such as the delivery of the Annual Canvass, voter registration and all scheduled and unscheduled elections and referendums.
As Blaby District Council approaches Local Government Reorganisation this is an exciting time to join us, where you will be part of shaping our future elections service, as well as contributing to the sound governance arrangements of the authority as we navigate this period of change.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible, organised and positive approach to the role in order to promote exemplary service delivery for our residents. At peak election times you must be willing to work flexibly and go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines.
