Are you looking for a role where you can make your mark by shaping and delivering a business transformation and collaboration programme for two ambitious councils?
Guildford & Waverley Borough Councils’ Business Transformation function is at the heart of the Council’s programme of corporate change, organisational development and service improvement. Do you have the right skills, knowledge and experience to lead the team into its next phase?
Do you have strong programme and project management, analytical, organisational change design and team leadership skills?
Significant progress has already been made on delivering the first phase of transformation programme and the Council, led by a new Joint Leadership Team, is now planning for what comes next.
The Councils have entered into a collaborative partnership with the aim of delivering sustainable and resilient public services, responding to strategic and financial challenges and working together to respond to the climate emergency.
We are looking for a Head of Transformation to shape, design and deliver the next phase of our transformation and collaboration programme.
We need someone with an excellent understanding of project management and service improvement, with a skill-set including creativity, design, analytical and excellent organisational skills.
This is a full-time role. However, all applications are welcomed.
