You will make decisions and give advice to other members of the team, within guidelines, particularly when working outside of normal core hours to maintain a fair and consistent approach to parking enforcement. You will ensure officers safety and that they are briefed and debriefed each day with relivent information. You will train new staff and monitor existing staff for any training requirements and carry out enforcement checks as required and ensure daily checks of car parks and on-street are completed. You will also be required to carry out normal duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer. Working hours will be on a fixed rota basis, 4 days on 2 days off, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
