We are seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Commissioning, Residential and Nursing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to shape and enhance relationships with existing care home providers in Brent and drive improvements across the sector.
You will play a key role in:
- Supporting the commissioning of services within residential and nursing care.
- Developing a strategic approach to Quality Assurance and Market Management.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Adult Social Care, external stakeholders, and residents.
- Understanding supply and demand in the market and helping to grow and shape services accordingly.
You should have an in-depth understanding of adult social care and be passionate about improving the quality and sustainability of services in Brent.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in commissioning care services, preferably within adult social care.
- A proven track record in stakeholder engagement, particularly with care home providers.
- Strong skills in quality assurance, project management, and market analysis.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
- Leadership capabilities with a flexible, innovative, and collaborative approach.
