The Role:
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will support the development and day-to-day management of the city’s road network in line with the TMA 2004
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will assist with coordination and planning of road schemes, promoting best value and effective stakeholder engagement
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will support the Network Manager and Lead for Network Coordination in managing traffic impacts and strategic authority relationships
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will build and maintain internal and external networks to strengthen the city’s approach to network management
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will oversee relevant budgets, service frameworks, and funding opportunities to maintain and enhance service viability
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will deliver professional, equitable service management with a strong focus on safety, health, and continuous improvement
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will represent the council at local and national meetings to explore innovations in service delivery and performance
- Lead for Network Development & Delivery will lead and support staff through effective HR practices, performance assessment, and positive working culture initiatives
