We are seeking a permanent Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant Contact Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (may also be required to work bank holiday periods). We are looking for candidates who can make a positive impact on our customers’ experience by showing compassion and providing help, support and guidance to those who need it most, while encouraging those who can do more for themselves to utilise our digital contact options.
You will spend three days a week in our fantastic Town Centre, office, where you will feel part of the team, collaborate with others, and learn from colleagues throughout your journey with us. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to work from home two days per week, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance,
The successful candidate will be part of our Contact Centre team, a place where team members are guided and supported to deliver agreed quality and performance targets, as well as meet and exceed customer expectations. We are committed to supporting our team members’ continuous improvement journey, providing regular
one-to-one feedback, training, call coaching, and mentoring.
