In addition, you will provide resilience for the wider ambitions of the Public Protection service to respond flexibly to deliver a broad range of environmental health and public health functions as required. </span></span></p> <p></p> <p><span><span>Responsible for the enforcement of </span></span><span><span>food safety (including hygiene and standards), </span></span><span><span>and health and safety legislation in (primarily higher risk) food businesses, investigation of complaints and food borne illnesses, and supporting food businesses to improve. The role
