We are a friendly, collaborative and enthusiastic team of Educational Psychologists delivering a highly regarded and valued psychology service to our schools and services across the borough. We are seeking to grow and expand our Service and are looking for a Senior Educational Psychologist and Main Grade Educational Psychologists who are dynamic and passionate about applying psychology to improve outcomes for all children and families and to help all children and young people (CYP) with SEND to thrive. We are committed to the wider inclusion agenda where all children and young people belong and feel that they have a voice.
We are a dedicated team committed to providing a psychological service to children and young people in our diverse communities through culturally responsive practice. The service has an established consultation framework which underpins its work with schools. We are working systemically and preventatively within our schools to meet the needs of CYP. We work in a flexible and creative way in line with evidence-based practice. Redbridge EPS is uniquely a non-traded service. We provide diverse working opportunities including with the Virtual School, YOS, Supporting Refugees, Early Years, Childrens’ Centres, Post-16 and the wider community. We jointly run projects with our Redbridge Educational Wellbeing Team (REWT), which is part of the EPS, and which includes ELSA training and supervision, the Race and Equality Awareness programme and our RAW (Rhythm and Well-being) project. Redbridge EPS has close links with the Doctoral training courses at UEL, UCL/IOE, and we support trainee placements within the team.
