Public Realm Supervisor - Street Scene
£39,855 - £42,324 per annum plus contractual overtime
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Street Scene team, ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of resources while addressing day-to-day issues related to staff, vehicles, and all aspects of street and estate cleansing services. You will be responsible for line managing a large team of frontline staff, ensuring adherence to the council’s disciplinary, capability, and sickness management procedures. Proven experience in leading and managing a large, multi-skilled workforce is essential and must be clearly demonstrated in your application."
As part of this role, you will be expected to work 13 weeknd's on a rota basis and will be paid contractual overtime pay.
Additionally, you will participate in the bank holiday working rota.
