Extended School Club Coordinator

Part Time 20 hours per week (1.45pm-5.45pm) – 38 weeks per year

Required from 01/09/2025 or ASAP.

 

A permanent Extended School Club Coordinator is required to work in our very successful and popular Before & After School Club. The role is for 20 hours per week during the term time which includes administration duties.

 

The Coordinators role involves:

• Managing the staff, environment, resources, documentation and communications within the Extended School Club
• Providing, monitoring and evaluating a healthy, safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Provide a diverse range of high quality play experiences that meet the individual needs of all children aged 3 – 11 years attending the clubs

 

Applicants are expected to have a consciousness of the Mission Statement of the schools in order to contribute to its distinctive nature as a Catholic School and have suitable qualifications, training and experience. We are looking for an experienced candidate working at or towards a L3 qualification. Staff discounts are also available for the use of the club if required for childcare.
