The Role:
- In the role of Permit & Coordination Team Leader you will lead a high-performing team overseeing Streetworks, permitting, and statutory highway coordination across a complex and busy network
- Our Permit & Coordination Team Leader ensures full compliance with NRSWA, TMA, and permit scheme regulations, acting as the authority’s technical expertAs the Permit & Coordination Team Leader you will manage relationships with utilities, developers, and internal stakeholders to minimise disruption and optimise network performance
- Oversee inspection regimes, enforcement actions, and safety compliance to protect public safety and network integrity as the Permit & Coordination Team Leader
- We require the Permit & Coordination Team Leader to use digital platforms such as Street Manager to coordinate and monitor Streetworks in real time
- You, as the Permit & Coordination Team Leader will provide strategic leadership on service improvement, legal compliance, and emergency response planning.Generate income through effective permit management, Section 74 monitoring, and Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement whilst carrying out the role of a Permit & Coordination Team Leader
- We ask that you, the Permit & Coordination Team Leader be a key voice in regional HAUCbforums, driving best practice and innovation in highway network management
