Monitor and review support plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness</li>\n<li>To work in an integrated way with partners including health and colleagues across LLR and locally</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In addition, we can offer manageable caseloads, with reflective peer practice, CPD sessions, career development and regular 1 to 1 supervision.</p>\n<p>The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.</p>\n<p><strong>The Care Manager Interviews will take place on the 27<sup>th</sup> June 2025</strong><strong>.
