An apprenticeship can be used for people starting out on their work life journey at the age of 18 or those changing a career for a different working life.    </p>\n<div><strong>The Post</strong></div>\n<p>Business Administrator level 3 Apprenticeship working in the Adult Social care, commissioning, contracting and market management team.</p>\n<p>This role will help to support services within Adult care that provide assistance to Brent residents.</p>\n<p>Key functionalities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that individual services are brokered in a timely manner, and that necessary IT systems information requirements are maintained to ensure that other processes such as client charging and billing; provider invoicing and contract monitoring can be maintained.</li>\n<li>Respond to day to day concerns raised about the brokerage of services and/or the quality of services and that they direct enquiries to the relevant teams where further action is required.</li>\n<li>Regular liaison will with case workers within the department.</li>\n<li>Day to day liaison with care and service providers.</li>\n</ul>\n<div><strong>The Person</strong></div>\n<p>No experience is necessary as this is a training role, however, an understanding of the role is advantageous.</p>\n<p>Keen to learn, you will demonstrate good communication skills, an understanding of good customer service, team work and an interest in developing a career in business administration.</p>\n<p>You will also need to show your interest in local government and the delivery of public services. The Post
