We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years trained TA to join our inclusive and thriving Early Years team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for the children in your care.

Do you:
- Have previous experience working with three-year-olds.
- Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development?
- Have a kind and nurturing approach?
- Aim to be a reflective practitioner who is keen to grow and develop their pedagogy?
- Have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, or equivalent?
- Have high expectations for both yourself and the children, with an understanding of educating the whole child through a creative and play-based curriculum, with quality interactions at the heart of everything you do?
- Have high levels of empathy, a knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and how to support all children's individual needs?
- Have a desire to inspire, motivate and make a real difference?
- Hold the belief that all children can achieve their full potential?
