An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Team Manager in the Adoption and SGO team to work alongside our existing Team Manager who is seeking to reduce her working hours.<br><br>As Team Manager you will be responsible for five social workers, working with children with a likely plan for adoption, supporting matches for children with adopters and supporting children who are placed for adoption. The social workers are also responsible for delivering support to SGO carers and reviewing their support plans.<br><br>You will report to the Specialist Manager and will be part of the wider fostering and adoption service, which includes a team of managers.
