You'll work closely with the Skills Bootcamp Contract and Commissioning Officer and other colleagues across the team to provide vital administrative and organisational support. You'll help coordinate programme activity, manage key data and documents, arrange meetings, and respond to enquiries, ensuring that the programme runs smoothly and efficiently.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and wants to be part of a team helping manage a complex programme across the county.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul>\n<li>Organising and supporting meetings and contract management</li>\n<li>Using a range of IT systems to manage information and records</li>\n<li>Managing programme inbox and replying to queries promptly</li>\n<li>Supporting wider project coordination and administrative tasks</li>\n</ul><p>You'll need to be organised, detail-oriented and able to manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
