You will be responsible for overseeing an asset value of up to £1.6 billion including a commercial portfolio of around £48 million.<br>\n<br>\nYour remit will cover a variety of areas, including strategic property services, property utilisation, construction management, facilities management, and strategic development.<br>\nThis is a highly commercial role that requires a leader who can significantly increase revenue and deliver capital receipts.<br>\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in strategic asset management, commercial properties and be able to drive cultural change and speed of delivery. Enfield Council are seeking a Director of Property services to oversee a wide range of responsibilities and drive significant revenue growth.

Your remit will cover a variety of areas, including strategic property services, property utilisation, construction management, facilities management, and strategic development.
