The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and well-qualified internal isolation manager – referred to as ‘Reflection for Learning (RFL)’ - to join our team from September 2025, to add further expertise and capacity to our pastoral team and to support our students to reflect on and improve their behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop outstanding relationships with children. You will have high and consistent expectations of student behaviour, underpinned by our school values of ‘kindness, integrity & tenacity’. The work will fundamentally involve supervising students who have been removed from lessons for a short period, with those who have been internally suspended for more serious breaches of the behaviour policy, though we see the role as an opportunity to work closely with students to reflect on behaviour and implement intervention to reduce repeated behavioural issues.
