Working in our support and options team, you’ll actively support our customers and encourage them to live independently.
Day to day, you’ll manage your own caseload and carry out risk assessments, keeping them up to date with changing circumstances. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll build strong working relationships with our partners and other services to ensure that our customers have the appropriate support framework in place.
You’ll be comfortable dealing with difficult and emergency situations and look for innovative ways to improve the service.
Our Housing team has a development focus, so you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills with us.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
