that promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with HR and staff networks to embed inclusive practices and support systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and lead a Mental Health First Aid network and safe spaces for staff support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above), including English and Maths.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office), diary and inbox management.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 3 qualification in administration or wellbeing/inclusion.</li>\n<li>Experience in supporting senior Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident supporting senior leaders at the highest level?  We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Support & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People and Policy team.

  • Manage the diaries and inboxes of the Leader and Chief Executive, ensuring their time is used effectively.
